All our ingredients are locally sourced where possible, our produce and groceries are purchased from "The Goodlife" in Hawes, our meat is from the local butchers "N Hammond" in Bainbridge, our preserves are from "Raydale Preserves" at Stalling Busk, Our Wensleydale Cheese is from the Creamery in Hawes, our milk is from Mr Kirkbride (the farm up't road) and delivered to our doorstep and our eggs are Free Range from "Ingelby Lodge".
The Breakfast:
We have available a variety of cereals including our famous Homemade Granola, orange or apple juice and a selection of fresh homemade breads for toasting, croissants and pastries with locally produced preserves and butter.
